Capacity Building
Good Thinkers Organization believes on the local community participation in local development. In most of the projects, GTO mobilize the resources from local level due to having very strong footing among citizens. For ensuring the maximum productive input of the local volunteers and Citizen Community Boards, GTO organize training workshops for them on different topics. During the last year, GTO trained 121 volunteers and 48 Members of different Citizen Community Boards on different topics, according to their need.
